Amy Kershaw is the Acting Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Early Childhood Education and Care (EEC). Prior to that, she served as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance. Ms. Kershaw received her Master's of Public Administration, Social Policy, Poverty, Homelessness, Child Welfare, Education, Child Care, from Syracuse University and her bachelor's degree in Art History from Williams College.
